3. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes will not be possible. However, you can return the order for a full refund once you receive it.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, as well as PayPal.
6. When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or sales events.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, shipping times can vary. Most orders will arrive within 2-4 weeks.
8. What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us if this occurs.
9. Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices on our website are tax-free in US Dollars, meaning you may be responsible for customs duties or taxes once the order reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not liable for any customs delays or fees.

11. What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@blake-exports.co. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any related references. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
12. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return is processed. For questions regarding refunds, please contact your bank or credit card company.
